Delivery Policy

We will deliver your goods to the address provided at the time of order. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate.

We currently deliver to addresses in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) only.

For larger items sent via courier, you may provide instructions for a safe place to leave your parcel if you are not available. Please note that if you choose this option, delivery is made at your own risk and we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered in accordance with your instructions.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail 1st Class: please allow up to 7 working days
Courier Service: 1–2 working days

We aim to deliver within these timeframes, however delivery times are not guaranteed.

Orders placed and paid for before 12pm (noon) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will typically be dispatched the next working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and the period between 25 December and 1 January.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an update.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are shown at checkout and included in the total order price.

Courier Deliveries

All courier deliveries require a signature unless safe place instructions have been provided.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address between 7:30am and 8:00pm, or provide clear delivery instructions at checkout.
